Reflecting upon this experience, I see it now as a shining example of ‘The Universe always has our back.’ We should always remember, “Just because we can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel doesn’t mean it isn’t there.”
Having competition should not put us off trying something new or striving to achieve an ambition of ours. Whichever way we turn, we are likely to face competition.
Rather than being a negative thing, perhaps we can use it to spur us on to our best efforts.
Whenever and however our light arrives, one thing is certain, it will only do so if we seek it out.
If we don’t look, we will never find it and to have any chance at all, we must keep looking.

We must learn to recognise when our own fuel tank is emptying. The emotional, physical, spiritual and mental demands we place upon it will vary and affect the rate of emptying.
How we feel determines our experience of events in our lives and our thoughts determine how we feel.
It will serve us well to remember that the ball is always in our court.
In certain situations in life in which we find ourselves, we’d be best advised to slow down and let things pass. Once we are sure we have enough time and space, we can move ahead and continue our journey safely.

They go where we go and are where we are.
